Ordering and Payment
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, select your desired item, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to purchase, click the cart icon to proceed with checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
Once you’ve placed your order, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse to process for delivery, which makes any amendments or changes quite tricky to implement. Ideally, delivery addresses should be confirmed before the order is placed, but you can always give our customer service team a ring on 0123 456789 and we’ll see what we can do.
Very soon after you place your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation. If your product is delivered directly by the supplier, they’ll contact you to arrange delivery separately.
Delivery
If you make your order before 5:30pm, you can count on it being delivered within 7-8 working days. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday, except for Bank Holidays.
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly to the address you provided. You will receive a tracking number by email (or SMS) to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
We’ll send you shipment confirmation email once your order is dispatched, and creating an account on our website means you can login to view the status of the order at any time. After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order status on the shipping carrier’s website.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, visit our Returns page and follow the steps to submit a return request. You’ll receive instructions on how to send back the item.
Refunds are typically processed within 3days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
